Mr.Finn and Sweet City

Mr.Finn is a super Hero somewhat like batman. He can swim very well, athletic and intelligent. His weakness is he can only fight multiple enemies at once. That's not so bad you say. Well sometimes when he is only matched up with one enemy he fights his side kick, Small Scale, just to win the fight. Mr.Finn only has a small section of the city he protects and is very careful not to leave his 2 square miles. The rest of the city is protected by Big Notch his Arch enemy kind of. Well the guy is a super hero that's just a dick and thinks he's the best thing for this city and he doesn't even care about the people he saves. I leave my section just to go to the deli and he thinks he can fly over and tell me I don't have any jurisdiction here. Really? who does he think he is. I thinking I should turn evil and kick him in the face!
    Oh back to the narrative. Sweet City is a very nice place. The people are friendly and that's why it is such a hot spot for criminals. The people are trusting and don't ever put up a fight. There is a total of  4 super heroes if you include Mr.Finn and Small Scale. The last but not least super hero of Sweet City is Block. Yes, his name is block and it fits. He is as big and dumb as a block! He was once tricked into fighting me because I ran a red light. Screw Face and Block are brothers with one being evil and all, it makes it hard for Block to understand not to listen to his older brother Screw Face. Kinda weird but That's a small part of the dynamic here in Sweet City.
